CANCELLATION POLICY
KINDLY READ THOROUGHLY. Your appointments and well-being are of paramount importance to us. We acknowledge that unforeseen delays may arise. In the event that you require to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. **Our Policy:** **No-Show Policy:** Any no-show will result in the cancellation of the appointment and a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. **Late Arrival Policy:** If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your service, I will attempt to provide the service within the remaining time frame. However, service will be charged at the full listed price. **Appointment Reservation:** When you book an appointment, you are reserving a spot on my calendar that is no longer available to other clients. To be considerate, please contact me at (760) 693-9677 as soon as you know you will be unable to attend your appointment. ** ** Session times include approximately 10 minutes time for consultation, disrobing and dressing, which occurs pre and post service. Session time is not just hands-on service time. Enhancements do not add additional time to sessions. Hydrodiamond Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel/Exfoliation, Oxygenating Treatment, and Dermaplaning Treatment Sessions vary in length depending on skin care needs. **Promotions:** All promotions are one-time offers and will not be extended to future appointments.
